Cancer saved Alexi’s life more than twenty years ago, and she started her journey to study and learn about health and a healthy lifestyle. Over the years, she has coached, consulted, taught plant-based food classes, has been Executive Chef as a Wellness Spa on several occasions, and inspired many on their journey to health.
Another moving experience at a nursing home shifted her focus to also include easy and effective ways to achieve a healthy mind and clear brain and ward of dementia.
