About Kathleen (Kat) Mitchell:
Kat Mitchell started Path to Discovery Coaching & Consulting because she wanted to help others discover their path to purpose. She loved leading top-performing multi-national teams in the tech world, but Kat knew she could do more. When her brother had a stroke, she knew it was time to leave corporate America to pursue coaching and care for her brother in his time of need.
I knew that there were women just like me out there, searching for a path to move forward in life, even in the midst of painful or difficult transitions. At the end of the day, we all want to live a passionate, fulfilled life – and I knew I could help others get there.
Because of Kat’s experience in successfully creating excellent communication and collaboration within corporate teams, she knows how to bring people together to make a clear path forward. Kat wanted to get her career experience into the coaching world, helping non-profits increase their communication skills, which in turn creates more successful fundraising efforts.
